Pakistan was created based on two nation theory which states that there are two nations in the world, Muslims and Non-Muslims. 

Muhammad Ali Jinnah took the ideology that religion is the determining factor of nationality. He stated that  Muslims and Hindus are two separate nations by every definition; therefore, Muslims should be able to have their own separate homeland in the Muslim majority areas of India, in which Islam can be practiced as the dominant religion.The two-nation theory was a founding principle of the Pakistan Movement (i.e. the ideology of Pakistan as a Muslim nation-state in South Asia), and the partition of India in 1947.

Usama-bin Laden died in 2011 but US forces are still bombing populations and doing brutalities in Afghanistan. In this situation Afghan immigrants can't return back to their homes.

In 1971 when Bangladesh became as separate country based on Bengali ethnicity
Some Bengali people chose to live in Pakistan instead of Bangladesh and some 

migrated to Pakistan because of cruelties of Bengali government. They can't go back to their lands.
Rohinghiya people are already going through a genocide in Burma.

Providing nationality to all of them as announced by Prime Minister Imran Khan, is very excellent step towards recreation of state of Madina & should be applauded, It can be a big step in uniting Muslims of the world. It will gradually lead towards open borders with all Muslim countries surrounding Pakistan.
As it is the European countries. 

Iran, Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria, Turkey, Tajikistan, Azerbaijan longer above and below Muslims will become one in a practical manner by lowering down restrictions on their ordinary borders,

An-Nu’man ibn Basheer reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “The parable of the believers in their affection, mercy, and compassion for each other is that of a body. When any limb aches, the whole body reacts with sleeplessness and fever.”

A group of British merchants who incorporated themselves in the company gained monopoly privileges for trading with Indians, Gaining mass economy from monopolistic privileges their agenda became overcoming on population of Mughal Empire, they massively expanded their trading operations. English communities and trading posts were developed in Calcutta,Bombay and Madras, they began manipulation in the politics of Empire. After the death of Emperor Aurangzeb in 1707.The Company which was now called as East India company received Notable Success of Exemption from custom duties through a royal dictat of weak Emperor in 1717.
The gradual weakness of Mughal Emperor after death of Aurangzeb Alamgir in 1707 provided opportunity to East India Company to Expand. In first ever clash Nawab of Bengal Siraj-uddaulah received defeat at battle of Plassey in 1757 his granduncle Mir Jafar betrayed. Few years later company required rights of collecting revenues on behalf of Empire which lead to famine in Bengal(Richest among all provinces of State) As a result of these brutalities and ill-treatment by EIC one third of population died of hunger and it was year 1769-70. For next British engage themselves to eliminate Indian rivals. They achieved Major victories against Sultan Tipu of Mysore, Martha and finally against Sikh rivals in series of Wars.
All this rebel behaviour of taxation, brutal laws of treatment and harsh revenues policies lead rebel of 1857-58.

It is advised by our Holy Prophet Muhammad(PBUH) to reach him and make a promise on his hand. He will be from family of Holy Prophet(PBUH)!!! He will Come out in Madina and will go to Makkah for Hajj, there in Makkah he will announce himself and people will take promise(Bait) on his hands. In the Meantime war will be started between Endia and Pakistan. Army of Pakistan with Brigades of Black flags Army will defeat Endia and will arrest its rulers in chains.(Known as Ghazwatul Hind) The same Brigade of Black Flags from Ancient Khurasan (Pakistan+Afghanistan area) will then go to join Muhammad IBn Abdullah Al-Mahdi in Makkah to take the promise(Bait) on his hand. They together all will go to Ghouta Syria for Liberation of it. In the mean time during their Ambush Anti-Christ(Dajjal) will appear with 70,000 Jews from Ispahan, city in Iran. At last according to Ahadith told by our Holy Prophet Muhammad(Sallallah Alaihi Wasallam) in Damascus Mosque Essa(Jesus)Ibn Maryam(PBUH) will come down. He(PBUH) with Muhammad IBn Abdullah Al-Mahdi and Army will chase Anti-Christ(Dajjal), at last they will catch him in Jerusalem and he would be killed. Then Jesus(PBUH) will rule for 40 years on the whole world under the true implementation of rules of Allah Almighty and this time would be the most peaceful, and happiest. There would be barkat in fruit trees and crops. But Before all of this a huge war and mass massacring, Murdering are going to happen... In such a huge amount (as told) As if a bird fly over dead bodies of this war. Bird will tire and it will fall down because of tireness. In other example as told probably as kinda 99 of it will die... May God Almighty lead us to the right path and right group in this war. Aaamen.
